Working Towards Your High School Diploma

In today's economy and environment, many students are choosing work over education. This causes high schools to have a high negative withdrawal rate, impacting graduation. This presentation will share the benefits of a pre-college schedule, at the high school level, allowing students to attend high school, make up GPA and credits while working. Attendees will participate in an activity to help them see a bigger picture and to think outside the box. Attendees will learn how to engage traditional schools and businesses to support struggling students to be successful.
