Pathway to the Education Profession: Teacher Apprenticeship Program and Strengthening Educator Preparation

In this presentation, participants will leave with resources and information on how to form a partnership to establish a teacher apprenticeship program. School districts, charter schools, and charter management organizations can collaborate with a state-approved initial teacher preparation program to create the apprenticeship pathway. The mentor requirements have been updated for consistency across pathways
