Advertising Packages

Advertising Packages are booth add-ons that are available on a "first come, first serve" reservation system and are limited to ONE package per company until August 31. Starting September 1, companies may reserve additional packages if available. Packages are subject to change.

Advertising Packages DO NOT include booth space.

After reviewing the following information and deciding on a Advertising Package, please email the FCSC+SCS staff at reg@charterandchoice.com to reserve your package. The Advertising Package will be added to your booth reservation and an updated invoice will be sent to you.

Advertising Packages may include some or all of the following:

• Web site Recognition
  Your company name, logo, and contact information will be listed on a dedicated sponsor web page, which is part of the overall conference web site. Your company must provide web-ready artwork and URL to be used.
• Company Name or Logo Listed on Select Event Signage
  Your company name or logo will be listed on select event signage throughout the conference. This includes, but is not limited to, registration desk signage, exhibit hall entry unit, directional signage, or other event signage produced by the conference staff. Your company must provide print-ready artwork on or before the printing deadline to be included.
• Inclusion of Promotional Item in Participant Bag
  Your company will have the opportunity to produce one promotional item, such as a pen or highlighter, branded with your company logo and information, for inclusion in the conference bags to be distributed to each participant during registration. The cost of producing and shipping the item is the responsibility of the partner. Items must be received before the deadline to be included.
• Promotional Video Ad Time
  Your company may be provided ad time based on package selected. Your company must provide the ad video in MP4 format by the deadline to be included.
• Promotional Banner Ad
  Your company may be provided banner ad space based on the package selected. Your company must provide the banner ad (700px wide by 210px high) in PNG format by the deadline to be included.
• Exhibit Hall Prime Location
  Your company will have preference on location when the event planner assigns booths.
• In-App Messaging
  Your company will have two in-app messaging blasts to all registered attendees.

School Performance - 4 AVAILABLE
Goes directly to the schools that are performing at the conference to help with travel costs.
