Please use this form to request booth space at the Florida Charter School Conference + School Choice Summit to be held October 14-16, 2025, at the Caribe Royale Orlando after you have read the Terms & Conditions.

All requests booth space are reviewd by the FCSC+SCS Team and FDOE. It may take multiple weeks for a request to be fully reviewed.

Exhibit space is $1020 per 8'x10' booth. If approved to exhibit, instructions on how to finalize your exhibit request and an invoice will be emailed to you. Payment is due within three weeks of your booth request being approved to guarantee your booth space.

Cancellations made on or before September 1, 2025, will be allowed a refund less a $220 administrative fee. Cancellations after that date will be charged the FULL fee. Refunds for credit card payments made after 120 days from original transaction will be refunded by check.

Please make sure the information you enter is accurate, as it will be used in the conference program book and online.

Also, please make sure your email filter settings allow emails from reg@charterandchoice.com as that account is used for official e-mail communication.

Insurance

I understand my organization is encouraged, but NOT required, to have in place commercial general liability insurance coverage including protective and contractual liability for bodily injury and property damage during the dates of the event including move-in and move-out days.

If adding to my current coverage, I understand I will need to name the Florida Charter School Conference + School Choice Summit as Additional Insured on General Liability Coverage for the entirety of the event.
