Please use this form to request booth space at the Florida Charter School Conference + School Choice Summit to be held October 14-16, 2025, at the Caribe Royale Orlando after you have read the Terms & Conditions.
All requests booth space are reviewd by the FCSC+SCS Team and FDOE. It may take multiple weeks for a request to be fully reviewed.
Exhibit space is $1020 per 8'x10' booth. If approved to exhibit, instructions on how to finalize your exhibit request and an invoice will be emailed to you. Payment is due within three weeks of your booth request being approved to guarantee your booth space.
Cancellations made on or before September 1, 2025, will be allowed a refund less a $220 administrative fee. Cancellations after that date will be charged the FULL fee. Refunds for credit card payments made after 120 days from original transaction will be refunded by check.
Please make sure the information you enter is accurate, as it will be used in the conference program book and online.
